Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) BioFiller
Your own biology — bottled and restored.
PRF BioFiller uses the growth factors and stem cells from your own blood to volumise, regenerate and restore — with zero foreign material.

— Understanding
The science
behind it.
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is the next generation of PRP. We draw a small vial of your blood, spin it in a specialised centrifuge, and concentrate the platelets, white blood cells and fibrin into a gel that can be injected like filler — except instead of hyaluronic acid, you're being restored with your own body's healing chemistry.
Because PRF is autologous (made from you), there's no risk of allergic reaction or migration. Over the following weeks, the fibrin scaffold slowly releases growth factors that signal your skin to build new collagen, new blood vessels and new healthy tissue — so you don't just look more volumised, you become more regenerated.
PRF BioFiller is exceptional for delicate areas where traditional filler can be risky: under-eye tear troughs, fine lines around the mouth, neck and décolleté, and full-face skin quality. It can be used on its own or layered with HA fillers for a hybrid result.

— Questions
Frequently
asked.
Don't see your question? Bring it to your free consultation — we love the curious ones.
- How is PRF different from PRP?
- PRF uses a slower spin and no anticoagulant — so you get more white blood cells, more stem cells and a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors over weeks instead of hours.
- How long do results last?
- 12–18 months with a series, and the regenerative effects on your skin are permanent.
- Is it safe under the eyes?
- Yes — it's one of the safest options for tear troughs because it's biocompatible and won't cause the blue 'Tyndall' tint that HA filler can.
