RHA, Juvéderm, Restylane — what's the difference?
RHA stretches and recoils with movement — ideal for animated areas like lips and lower face. Juvéderm Voluma and Volux are the densest lifters — chin and jaw. Restylane Kysse is our favorite for natural lips. Sculptra is a collagen-stimulator for long-term volume restoration. Your consult includes a written, syringe-by-syringe plan.
Safety, dissolvability, and aftercare.
All HA fillers we use can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. We keep it on-site. You'll receive arnica, an aftercare sheet, and a complimentary 2-week follow-up. Bruising is minimized with cannula technique where possible.

- Where do you inject filler?
- Cheek, midface, chin, jawline, lips, temples, tear trough/undereye, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, hands and nonsurgical rhinoplasty. Full-face plans are designed using the principles of facial balancing — proportion before pillows.
- Will I look 'done' or overfilled?
- Not with us. Shantel White, DNP and our team specialize in conservative, structural injecting that restores proportion without distortion. Our patients are constantly told they look 'well-rested' — never asked what work they've had done.
- How long do dermal fillers last?
- 6–18 months depending on the product, area, and your metabolism. Volux and Voluma in the chin/jaw can last 18–24 months. Lip filler typically lasts 9–12 months. Tear trough lasts 9–15 months.
- Is there downtime after filler?
- Most patients return to work the same day. Expect mild swelling for 24–72 hours and the possibility of pinpoint bruising. Lips swell the most — plan around any major events 10 days out.
- Do you reverse filler if I don't love it?
- Yes — HA-based fillers (RHA, Restylane, Juvéderm, Versa) can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. We carry it on-site for safety and aesthetic adjustments.
