What it treats.
Diminished arousal and orgasm intensity. Vaginal dryness from menopause or perimenopause. Mild stress urinary incontinence (the leak-when-you-sneeze kind). Sensitivity loss postpartum. Painful intercourse from atrophy.
The procedure.
Blood draw → PRP processing (15 min) → topical numbing → local lidocaine → PRP injection into the clitoris and anterior vaginal wall. Total chair time ~45 minutes.
Pair with BHRT.
