The O-Shot uses PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injected into specific areas of the vaginal tissue to stimulate new tissue growth, blood flow and nerve sensitivity. Most patients report improvements in lubrication, arousal, sensation and mild incontinence within 4–8 weeks.
Aerolase laser intimate rejuvenation is our newest treatment — a noninvasive, contactless 1064nm laser that rejuvenates the external vulvar skin. It stimulates collagen production to improve firmness and elasticity, targets unwanted darkening and uneven tone caused by hormonal changes, friction and aging, encourages collagen remodeling for smoother texture, and may help reduce unwanted hair growth in treated areas. It's comfortable, requires no incisions and no planned downtime, is safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI), and improves gradually across a series of treatments. Note: this treatment focuses on external vulvar tissue rather than internal vaginal tightening.

- What is the clitoral tox consult like?
- Shantel walks you through the entire process privately (virtual or in-clinic). Because clitoral tox is neurotoxin only (no filler), most patients are treated the same day as their consult. Repeat treatments are typically every 3–6 months.
- How long do results last?
- PRP/O-Shot results last 12–18 months and a single annual session typically maintains the result. Clitoral tox lasts 3–6 months.

- A gentle, noninvasive and completely contactless laser treatment that rejuvenates the external vulvar skin using the Aerolase Neo 1064nm. It tightens and firms by stimulating collagen, corrects unwanted darkening and uneven tone from hormonal changes, friction and aging, improves overall texture, and may help reduce unwanted hair growth. It's comfortable, safe for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI), involves no incisions and no planned downtime, and improves gradually across a series. Treatment focuses on external vulvar tissue rather than internal vaginal tightening.
