Why Eyelight.
Most undereye filler complications — Tyndall (blue tint), chronic swelling, festoons — come from using the wrong product. Eyelight is uniquely low-hydrophilic and FDA-cleared for this anatomical area. We use it exclusively.
Cannula, not needle.
We enter through a single cannula port at the lateral cheek and feed the filler in deep, on bone, away from the angular artery. This dramatically reduces bruising and almost eliminates the risk of vascular events in the undereye.
Honesty about candidacy.
If you have lower lid laxity, fat herniation (true bags), or festoons, filler will make it look worse. Those patients need a blepharoplasty. We'll tell you at your consult — and not charge you for a treatment that won't work.
