We choose devices the way a chef chooses knives — by what each does best. Aerolase Neo Elite for redness, acne and pigment across all skin tones. Diode and Nd:YAG for hair removal. Fractional CO2 (CoolPeel) for texture and resurfacing.
Every laser session begins with a patch test if it's your first visit, and we always start at conservative settings. Safety is non-negotiable.

- Is laser hair removal permanent?
- Yes, after a series of 6–8 sessions for most areas. Hormonal areas (face, neck) may need touch-ups.
- Do you offer tattoo removal?
- We do not currently offer tattoo removal at Tulua Medical — we focus on Aerolase, vascular, hair removal and CoolPeel CO2 resurfacing. We're happy to refer you to a trusted East Valley provider.
