What we can — and can't — do.
We can: smooth a dorsal hump (camouflage), straighten a crooked bridge, lift a droopy tip, add projection to a flat tip, and refine asymmetry. We can't: make a nose smaller. If your goal is reduction, you need a surgical rhinoplasty — we'll tell you honestly at your consult.
Safety is non-negotiable.
The nose has high-risk vasculature. Shantel White, DNP uses cannula technique through one or two entry points, avoids the dorsal nasal artery, and aspirates before every bolus. Hyaluronidase is always on-site.
Results and longevity.
You'll see the result the moment we sit you up. Filler integrates over 2 weeks. Most patients touch up at 12 months; results can last 18+ months in the nose.
