Do I need to put down a deposit to book?

A refundable card hold is required to secure most appointments. The hold is released once you arrive for your appointment and is only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a 50% service fee. We understand emergencies — call us and we'll work with you.

Do you have a waitlist for cancellations?

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Just a valid photo ID and a clean face (no makeup if possible). If you're coming for hormones or weight loss, bring any recent labs you've had done in the last 12 months.

Can I bring my kids?

We recommend leaving little ones at home — the studio is a quiet, clinical environment and most treatments require focused attention. If you must bring a child, please bring another adult to supervise them.

Botox is $12 per unit for VIP members and $14 per unit for non-members. Most areas (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet) range from 15–25 units each.

Hyaluronic-acid fillers (RHA, Juvederm, Restylane) start at $750 per syringe. Custom multi-syringe facial balancing packages start around $3,500.

The investment for our hormone programs depends on how many medications are needed, so it can vary — programs start at $149 per month and include all consults, labs, and medications. Patients who commit to a 12-month program get their initial consult fee waived, as it goes toward their lab fee investment.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA/FSA cards for eligible services, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Most clients describe it as a tiny pinch. The needle is extremely fine and treatments take only 5–10 minutes. We offer topical numbing on request.

Depending on the product and area, HA fillers last 9–24 months. Lip filler typically lasts 9–12 months; cheek and jawline filler often lasts 18–24 months.

Our signature approach is structural and natural — we balance the entire face rather than chasing individual lines. Most clients report looking refreshed, not 'done.'

Is there downtime after Botox or filler?

Botox has essentially no downtime — you can return to work immediately. Filler may cause mild swelling or bruising for 24–72 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and blood thinners for 24 hours after either.

Can I dissolve my filler if I don't like it?

Yes. HA filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase at any time. We offer dissolving appointments for clients who had filler placed elsewhere as well.

We require clients to be 21 or older for neurotoxin and filler. Preventative Botox starts to make sense in the mid-to-late 20s for most people.

Is CoolPeel safe for my skin tone?

CoolPeel is appropriate for Fitzpatrick skin types I–IV with proper pre/post protocol. For darker skin tones (V–VI), we recommend the Aerolase Neo Elite, which is FDA-cleared for all skin types.

How much downtime does CoolPeel have?

Typically 3–5 days of pink, sandpaper-like skin. Most clients return to work after 2–3 days with mineral makeup. Full healing at 7 days.

How should I prep for a laser appointment?

Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for 2 weeks before. Stop retinol/Retin-A 5 days before. Come with a clean, makeup-free face. We'll handle numbing in-studio.

Can I do laser if I'm tan?

No — active tan (sun or self-tanner) significantly increases the risk of pigment damage. We'll need to reschedule and wait for your tan to fade. Plan laser packages for fall and winter when possible.

We focus on medical-grade skin lasers (CoolPeel CO2, Aerolase Neo Elite) rather than dedicated hair-removal devices. Aerolase can effectively treat hair on smaller areas — ask at your consultation.

After a virtual or in-person consult and required labs, our medical provider prescribes either semaglutide or tirzepatide. Medication is shipped or picked up monthly, with dose titration and check-ins built in.

Yes. Baseline labs (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1C, and hormone panels where applicable) are required for safety and to personalize your protocol. We can order labs through a local lab partner if you don't have recent results.

Most patients lose 1–2 pounds per week on average, with 15–20% total body weight loss over 6–12 months. Results vary based on diet, activity, and individual response.

GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved and considered safe under medical supervision. Common side effects (nausea, mild GI upset) are typically mild and improve with proper titration. Our provider monitors you throughout.

Common signs include fatigue, low libido, mood changes, brain fog, weight changes, sleep issues, and loss of muscle tone. A consult and lab panel will confirm whether hormone optimization is right for you.

What is the P-Shot?

The P-Shot is a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection into the penis to improve blood flow, sensitivity, and erectile function. Drawn from your own blood, processed, and injected with numbing — takes about 45 minutes total.

We use strong topical and local numbing — most men describe pressure rather than pain. The injection itself takes under 60 seconds.

Can I get treatments if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

No — we do not perform Botox, dermal filler, laser, BHRT, or GLP-1 treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Facials, skincare, and certain vitamin injections may still be safe — please disclose at booking.

Can I get Botox if I'm on antibiotics?

Certain antibiotics (especially aminoglycosides) can interfere with neurotoxin. Disclose any current medications at your appointment — your injector will advise whether to proceed or reschedule.

What if I'm sick the day of my appointment?

Please reschedule if you have a fever, active cold sore, flu, or skin infection in the treatment area. We waive the late-cancellation fee for documented illness — just call ahead.

Do you have a cold sore (HSV) protocol?

Yes. Clients with a history of cold sores receive an antiviral prescription before lip filler or facial laser to prevent flare-ups. Please mention your history at booking.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

True allergic reactions are extremely rare with HA fillers and FDA-approved neurotoxins. If you experience swelling, hives, or difficulty breathing, contact us immediately at (480) 485-4975 or call 911 for emergencies. We follow up with all clients post-treatment.

What blood thinners should I avoid before injections?

Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo, and alcohol for 48 hours before injections to minimize bruising. Tylenol is fine. Do NOT stop prescription blood thinners without talking to your prescribing doctor.

Stay upright for 4 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and facials for 24 hours. Don't rub or massage the treated area. Normal facial expressions are encouraged — they help the product settle.

Avoid exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (sauna, hot yoga) for 24–48 hours. Sleep on your back if possible the first night. Mild swelling and bruising are normal for 2–7 days. Arnica and pineapple can help bruising resolve faster.

What should I do after CoolPeel?

Keep skin hydrated with the post-care kit we send home. No active skincare (retinol, acids, vitamin C) for 5–7 days. SPF 30+ daily is mandatory. Avoid sun, sweat, and makeup for 48 hours.

Botox: immediately, just gentle application. Filler: 24 hours. CoolPeel/laser: 48–72 hours, mineral makeup only for the first week.
