What we treat.
Migrated lip filler (the moustache shelf above the lip), overfilled cheeks, lumpy tear troughs, asymmetric nasolabial folds, and old filler that never fully metabolized. We see patients weekly who had work done elsewhere.
Conservative dosing.
We start with the smallest effective dose and re-evaluate at 2 weeks. Over-dissolving collapses native tissue and ages the face — restraint matters more than aggression.
After you're dissolved.
Most patients come back 4–6 weeks later for a fresh, well-planned treatment. Some decide they prefer their natural face — we support that too. No pressure, no upsell.

- Will it dissolve my own hyaluronic acid?
- Temporarily — your body replaces it within days. The hyaluronidase is gone from the area in 24–48 hours.
- Does it dissolve Sculptra, Radiesse, or PMMA?
- No. Hyaluronidase only works on HA filler. Sculptra, Radiesse and biostimulators have to wear off on their own or be addressed surgically.
