What it is

The 650-microsecond laser that finally treats every skin tone.

Aerolase Neo Elite uses a 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength delivered in a 650-microsecond pulse — shorter than the skin's thermal relaxation time. That means energy reaches its target (pigment, vessel, sebaceous gland or hair follicle) before it spreads to surrounding tissue.

The practical result: no contact cooling, no numbing cream, no peeling and no downtime — on Fitzpatrick I through VI. It is one of the few lasers cleared and trusted for melasma, deep skin tones and active acne, where older IPL and ablative devices are unsafe or off-limits.

What it treats

One handpiece. Six concerns. No downtime.

Active acne & breakouts

Targets the sebaceous glands and P. acnes bacteria — calms active flares in a single session.

Melasma & hormonal pigmentation

Safe on darker tones where IPL is contraindicated — breaks up pigment without bulk heating.

Rosacea & facial redness

Closes superficial vessels and quiets the chronic flush of rosacea.

Sun damage & dark spots

Fades sun spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from Arizona sun and old breakouts.

Fine lines & skin laxity

Drives a gentle collagen response for smoother texture and a healthier glow.

Unwanted facial hair

Nd:YAG safely treats hair on every skin tone — including the tones IPL cannot.

Aerolase in the East Valley

Built for Arizona skin & Arizona schedules.

Arizona sun, dry desert air and year-round outdoor life create a specific pigment and redness profile we see in patients every week. Aerolase is the laser we reach for when an East Valley patient — from Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe or Scottsdale — needs real results without a week of social downtime.

Treatments are performed by Shantel White, DNP, a Level II Acne Specialist with advanced training in laser dermatology, BHRT and bioregenerative medicine.
